Breakfast Power Bowl

I am all about probiotics, so naturally I have always been drawn to yogurt. When I was younger I craved sweet fruity flavors… Oh who am I kidding I still love a little sweet creamy deliciousness. It was this exact thinking that got me started on a mission to make the perfect power breakfast bowl! So here it is, with topping options galore!   

Breakfast Power Bowl 


1 Banana (You can basically use any fuit of your choice, I tend to lean towards apples, bananas, or berries)
1/2 - 1 cup plain Yogurt (Greek if you are feelin fancy) 
1 Tbs Chia seeds
1 Tbs Flax sees (ground if possible)
1 - 2 Tbs Honey (depending on how sweet you like your bowl
A good swirl of peanut or almond butter to seal the deal 

*Optional add ins: 
- Chopped nuts of any kind
- Hemp seeds
- Maca powder
- Protein powder (in place of the peanut butter)
- Granola (Ive been itching to make some dehydrated raw buckwheat granola)

Step 1: Cut your fruit


Step 2: Dollop yogurt and sprinkle seeds  

Step 3: Drizzle Honey

Step 4: Drizzle Peanut Butter… YUM!
